When you place an order with Colorlites it can take two routes.
 
If your order is for Clear glass it will be generally assembled and packed within one working day. This may spread over to two working days typically on a Monday and during busy periods.
 
Orders for collection do take priority.
 
Coloured orders will take up to 10-14 working days and are dealt with on a colour basis delivery. We colour all orders with a certain colour and then change to another. This is why we cannot predict on receipt of your order when it will be completed. Some orders are completed the same day others take 14 days.
 
The same applies for printed orders.
 
Next day delivery does not mean that it will be packed and despatched the same day to arrive the following day to you, but only despatched on a next day service when packed.
 
As we only have collections on a Monday to Thursday all orders on Friday to Sunday will not be despatched until Monday.
 
Monday is our busiest day for despatch so some delays do happen on a Monday when orders may go over to the Tuesday to be despatched.
 
Orders are generally sent by courier service with Interlink and you will be notified on completion of your order of the tracking number.
 
This can be tracked on the Interlink web site and it will generally tell you the time slot that delivery will take place. A signature is required so please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel or leave a clear note on the door.
 
As we are sending Glass there will be some breakage. Please DO NOT refuse your parcel if you think it sounds broken. Take it in and unpack it carefully. Advise us immediately of the number of items broken and we can sort out for you. Likewise please notify us of discrepencies within 7 days, otherwise we hold the right to refuse refunds/replacements.
 
We do get complaints that our packaging is poor and we do not stick FRAGILE labels all over the parcels. We have a 98.9% success rate in parcels arriving in good shape.
 
Larger orders are sent on a pallet and again if you are expecting a pallet and do not have a forklift or access to one please specify a tail lift on your order.
