With our Online Store we are able to deal automatically with some issues. Typically:

VAT Regulations

All our prices exclude VAT. This is added at the end of the cart.

For European countries we do not need to charge VAT if you have a VAT number in your country.

It is important that you supply this as part of your profile as otherwise we have to charge VAT at the current UK rate.

The final order total will also display the amount in Euros and US Dollars.

We are happy to accept Euros direct to our Bank or either currency through PayPal.

PayPal does not require you to become a member and will accept most credit or debit cards as a form of payment.

Amazon Pay does not require you to register on our web site but if you do not register you cannot trace your order history easily.

We can also accept your credit Card details over the telephone. Credit Card details are not retained. We operate a secure web site and 3D security on Credit Cards.


In order to get a Quotation follow the logic of placing an Order. At the payment section you have the option of only getting a Quote. Having created a Quote this is held on your Order history as a Quote and allows you the flexibility of changing or converting into an Order.

Simply look at your Orders history after you have logged in and select the relevant Quote and follow the instructions to bring you back to the cart for completion.


We are happy to send a few colour samples on available items if you supply us information through the contact us form. Where you require larger or special samples we make a charge for this of either £25.00 or £50.00 plus carriage and VAT to cover the work.

Please check with the Sales and you will be directed as to which one to select from the Members area.

Special Samples are usually done by hand and therefore the colour/finish may differ slightly to a production batch. If critical please check with us.

Useful Information

Due to supply problems around the world we have to get glass from different suppliers. This does cause some items to be slightly different in dimensions. If critical check with us.

When your Order is despatched you will get an email to confirm that the Order has been completed. The Carrier we choose is generally as the one selected when you placed the Order but may vary if we feel you will get a better service.

Under the Order Reference you will find the tracking reference and the method of transport.

Larger deliveries are made with carriers and the Goods are delivered on Pallets.
