When your order is despatched you will get an email to confirm that the order has been completed. The carrier we choose is generally as the one selected when you placed the order but may vary if we feel you will get a better service.
A signature is required.
If you choose to agree with the carrier that it is to be left in a safe place, ourselves and the carrier's are not responsible for non delivery in case of theft.
Under the Order Reference you will find the tracking reference and the method of transport.
If your Parcel(s) arrive and sound as if the items are broken please accept and unpack. Then let us know what has been broken so that we can sort out. We may ask for photographic evidence in some cases.
We use Interlink and your parcel can be tracked at their web site after about 20.00 hours by entering theTracking No in full at the link.
You can also locate your local depot in case you want to get hold of them, as they may help you on approximate delivery time. A 1 hour delivery slot is shown on the moring of delivery.
Larger deliveries are made with carriers and the goods are delivered on Pallets.
